Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Level 1,2, 3 & 4

This Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Management (OHSM300) is aimed at students who have and
want to excel in skills relating to the mining industry. This course aims at providing the dynamic knowledge
required for students aiming to pursue a career within the mining industry. The curriculum is planned in such a
way that all the vital requirements necessary for excelling within a real mining setting is met.

Entry Requirement
Grade 12 & 10 certificate or equivalent or working class or Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
Management from TSC

Registration & Duration
Registration is open all year round. This is a six (6) month course consisting of 576 face-to-face lecture and
practical class hours and Online lectures for home study. There are two (2) intakes for the month of February
and June respectively.

Course Fee
K5, 800 including course materials OR scheduled payment options, with a K1, 500 upfront payments for day
students and K3000.00 for boarding students. NO application fees are charged. Course fees are subject to
